This policy applies exclusively to purchases made through AwwSleep.com and does not apply to purchases made at any AWW SLEEP LLC retail showroom or physical location.

All in-store purchases are governed by separate in-store policies and must be handled directly through the retail location where the purchase was made.

By placing an order through AwwSleep.com, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this policy.

Final Sale & Return Policy

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, products purchased through AwwSleep.com are generally considered final sale once shipped, delivered, or picked up.

However, in limited situations and at the sole discretion of AWW SLEEP LLC, certain unused and unopened products may qualify for an authorized return if all conditions in this policy are satisfied.

Approval of a return request does not guarantee a refund and remains subject to inspection, product condition, and compliance with this policy.

Eligible Authorized Returns

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and considered final sale unless otherwise required by law:

• Clearance merchandise
• Final sale or promotional items marked non-returnable
• Custom-made or special-order products
• Opened bedding, pillows, sheets, mattress protectors, or similar personal-use products
• Mattresses, bedding products, or sleep products that have been used, slept on, installed, or removed from protective packaging
• Products damaged after delivery
• Products returned without authorization

For health, sanitation, and consumer safety reasons, certain sleep-related and personal-use products cannot be resold once opened or used and therefore do not qualify for return or exchange eligibility.

Authorized Return Shipping Responsibility

If AWW SLEEP LLC authorizes a return:

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping, freight, insurance, handling, and related transportation costs
• Original shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable
• Returned products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
• AWW SLEEP LLC is not responsible for products lost, delayed, or damaged during return shipment

Customers are strongly encouraged to use insured and trackable shipping services.

Refund Processing

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Customers must inspect all products immediately upon delivery.

Any damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to AWW SLEEP LLC within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers may be required to provide:

• Photographs of the product and packaging
• Delivery documentation
• Order confirmation details
• Additional supporting information reasonably requested by AWW SLEEP LLC

Failure to report shipping or delivery issues within the required timeframe may affect claim eligibility.

Order Cancellations

Orders placed through AwwSleep.com may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase without penalty if the order has not already entered fulfillment, shipping preparation, or delivery scheduling.

Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours are subject to approval at the sole discretion of AWW SLEEP LLC.

Orders canceled on the same day as a scheduled delivery may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover incurred inventory, labor, transportation, and logistics costs.

Once an order has shipped, been delivered, or been picked up, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Shipping fees, delivery charges, setup fees, service fees, and restocking fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
