1. Free Front Door Delivery – Central Florida

Aww Sleep offers free front door drop-ship delivery to customers located within Central Florida on qualifying orders, subject to availability.

Front door delivery includes delivery of items to the main entrance of the delivery address (e.g., front door, lobby, or ground-level access point) only. This service does not include in-home placement, setup, assembly, or removal of packaging or existing items.

For delivery options outside of Central Florida, customers must contact Customer Service for availability.

2. In-Home Delivery & Setup (Central Florida Only)

Aww Sleep offers in-home delivery services within Central Florida, subject to availability and access conditions.

In-home delivery includes:

• Delivery of items inside the residence

• Placement in the room of the customer’s choice

• Assembly and setup of furniture purchased from AwwSleep.com, as applicable

• Removal of packaging materials associated with the new purchase

The cost for in-home delivery and setup is $89.99.

2.1 Optional Removal Services

• Removal of existing mattresses and/or box springs may be added for a total delivery cost of $99.99.

• Removal of adjustable bases is not included but may be arranged by contacting Customer Service for pricing and availability.

• Removal services are limited to mattresses and box springs only. Other furniture, bed frames, or household items will not be removed.

Delivery teams reserve the right to refuse removal of any mattress or box spring that is visibly soiled, unsanitary, hazardous, or contains exposed coils or metal.

3. Delivery Scheduling

Customers will receive:

• An email notification, and

• A phone call

the evening prior to delivery with an estimated 4-hour delivery window.

Delivery windows are estimates provided for planning purposes only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, operational constraints, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Non-Central Florida & Out-of-State Orders

For deliveries outside of Central Florida or outside the state of Florida:

• In-home delivery, setup, and removal services are not available.

• Orders are shipped via drop shipment, meaning items are delivered to the address provided without unpacking, assembly, or setup.

• Tracking information will be provided by email once the order has been processed and shipped, where available.

• Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, freight carriers, or other third-party carriers, depending on destination, item type, and carrier availability.

5. Delivery Definitions

5.1 Front Door Delivery

Delivery of items to the main entrance of the delivery address only. This service excludes in-home placement, setup, assembly, and removal of packaging or existing items.

5.2 In-Home Delivery

Delivery service that includes bringing items inside the residence, placing them in the room of choice, assembling and setting them up as intended, and removing packaging materials. Optional removal services may apply when selected. In-home delivery is available only within Central Florida and subject to access and safety requirements.

6. Customer Responsibilities & Delivery Preparation

To ensure a successful delivery, customers are responsible for the following:

• The delivery area must be clear and accessible prior to delivery. If the area is not clear, the delivery team may be unable to complete setup services.

• Delivery drivers are not responsible for moving existing furniture, bedding, or household items from room to room.

• Customers opting for in-home setup acknowledge that all packaging materials associated with the new purchase will be removed at the time of delivery.

• Customers must retain their receipt and present it at the time of delivery.

• All deliveries must be signed for by an adult 18 years of age or older.

7. Inspection, Damages & Additional Deliveries

Customers are required to inspect all merchandise thoroughly at the time of delivery.

• Damaged or defective items may be refused at delivery.

• All damages must be reported at the time of delivery.

• If additional deliveries are required to complete an order, customers will not be charged for subsequent deliveries related to that order.

Damage claims, returns, and exchanges are governed exclusively by our Refund & Returns Policy.

8. Access, Safety & Delivery Limitations

All delivery services are subject to safe and reasonable access to the delivery location.

8.1 In-Home Delivery Access Requirements

To complete in-home delivery, setup, or removal services, the delivery location must provide adequate clearance through doorways, hallways, stairways, and elevators to safely accommodate the size and weight of purchased items.

Delivery teams may be unable to complete services due to conditions including, but not limited to:

• Narrow or obstructed entryways, hallways, or staircases

• Tight turns, spiral staircases, or low ceilings

• Non-operational, restricted, or undersized elevators

• Excessive or unsafe stair conditions

• Unsafe environments, including poor lighting, unsecured pets, unstable flooring, or construction areas

8.2 Apartments, Condos & Building Requirements

Customers are responsible for securing:

• Elevator access or reservations

• Adequate parking or loading zones

• Required approvals from property management or homeowners associations

Failure to secure proper access may result in delayed or incomplete delivery.

8.3 Service Completion, Fees & Refunds

If delivery or setup cannot be completed due to access or safety limitations:

• Items may be left at the nearest safe and accessible location at the discretion of the delivery team

• Delivery and service fees may be non-refundable

• Additional fees may apply for rescheduling or re-delivery

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund & Returns Policy.

8.4 Accessibility Considerations

Aww Sleep makes commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate accessibility needs; however, all delivery services must comply with safety guidelines, building restrictions, and access limitations.

9. Measure Before Delivery

Customers are strongly encouraged to measure all access points prior to delivery and are responsible for ensuring adequate access and clearance.

Please confirm items will fit through:

• Entry doors and door frames

• Hallways and corners

• Staircases and landings

• Elevators (interior dimensions and door openings)

• The intended room and placement area

Product dimensions are available on product pages or through Customer Service.

If delivery cannot be completed due to insufficient clearance or access limitations, delivery and service fees may be non-refundable, and additional charges may apply, as outlined in the Refund & Returns Policy.

10. Customer Pickup

Customers may elect to pick up merchandise from a store location or warehouse instead of selecting delivery.

• Aww Sleep does not provide loading, tying, securing, or transportation assistance for customer vehicles.

• Customers may open boxes prior to leaving the pickup location; however, no assembly services will be provided.

• Aww Sleep is not responsible for damage to merchandise or customer vehicles during or after pickup.

• No discount is provided for customer pickup, and no pickup fee is charged.

• Not all items may be available at all store locations or warehouses at the time of pickup.
