Delivery

Delivery time windows are estimated, not guaranteed.

Please retain your original invoice. It may be required at delivery.

An adult (18+) must be present to receive and sign for delivery.

Please inspect all merchandise at delivery before the delivery team leaves. You may refuse delivery of any merchandise that is damaged or defective.
-
If additional deliveries are required to complete your order due to missing items or store error, there is no additional delivery charge for those subsequent deliveries.

Old mattress removal: Delivery drivers may refuse to remove old bedding that is visibly soiled, unsanitary, or hazardous. Drivers will not remove any mattress or box spring with exposed coils or exposed metal.
Customer Pick-Up

Customers may choose to pick up merchandise from a store location or warehouse instead of delivery.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all items before accepting them. Damage not reported at the time of pick-up will not be exchanged.

Aww Sleep is not responsible for loading, tying down, or securing merchandise to a customer’s vehicle.
-
Aww Sleep is not responsible for damage to the merchandise or the customer’s vehicle that occurs after pick-up.
“Our Promise to You” Price Guarantee

If a customer finds a lower price within 30 days of delivery on the same or comparable bedding, Aww Sleep will refund the difference plus up to 15%, with qualifying proof.

Customer must provide a valid advertisement, invoice, or written price quote to qualify.

Aww Sleep will match pricing on Comforpedic, with proper verification.
-
Price Guarantee applies to new merchandise only and does not apply to clearance, closeout, warranty, floor model, or “as-is” merchandise.
Warranties (Manufacturer Warranties)

Aww Sleep does not sell additional warranties, but we are happy to assist customers with manufacturer warranty claims.

Stains void most manufacturer warranties. Protect your mattress with a mattress protector.

Using an improper or unsupportive bed frame/foundation may void your warranty.
-
Please keep your original receipt and law tags attached to the mattress/foundation, as manufacturers often require them.
-
Manufacturer warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship; they do not guarantee comfort.

Most manufacturers require an inspection. Inspection fees are the customer’s responsibility.
-
Delivery charges apply to warranty exchanges.
-
Body impressions are normal and can appear as early as 7-10 days after delivery. Refer to your manufacturer warranty card for details.
Special Orders

All special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
-
Please allow 6–8 weeks for fulfillment.

Aww Sleep is not responsible for manufacturer delays.

Special orders are non-returnable and non-cancelable.
Aww Sleep Comfort Guarantee (Mattress Exchanges)

If you are not comfortable on your new mattress, you may exchange it for another mattress under these conditions:

The original mattress must be kept for a mandatory 30-day break-in period.
-
Customer must be available to accept delivery of the re-selection within 14 days of initiating the exchange.

Mattress protector purchase on the original receipt is required to be eligible for a comfort exchange.

Aww Sleep will not honor exchanges for mattresses that are stained, unsanitary, or damaged.

Exchange is issued as store credit for the amount paid for the original mattress.

The customer is responsible for:

The applicable comfort exchange fee (covers handling and sanitation), based on size:

Twin: $129.99

Full: $269.99

Queen: $299.99

King: $349.99

The new mattress must be the same size and equal or greater value than the original.

On exchange delivery, Aww Sleep will deliver the new mattress and remove the old mattress during the same appointment.

Comfort exchanges are limited to one (1) exchange per mattress purchase.

No refunds are issued.
-
Adjustable bases are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

No returns or refunds are available for merchandise that has already been delivered or picked up.
-
Cancellations made on the same day as scheduled delivery are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Layaway cancellations are refunded as store credit only.

All refunds (when applicable) are processed through the corporate office. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.
By purchasing, you agree to Aww Sleep Terms & Conditions, including delivery estimates, inspection requirements, warranty limitations, special-order policy, comfort exchange rules (protector required), and refund/return restrictions.
